Effective date: August 28, 2026. These Terms of Use govern your access to getnudes.co ("GetNudes", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them; if you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Adults only
GetNudes is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to access any part of this site. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement. We remove listings and terminate access for anyone we believe to be underage.
2. What GetNudes is
GetNudes is a discovery service: a directory of usernames and profile details that adults have posted about themselves on the SextFriend network, editorial content and guides, and an anonymous text chat operated on the shared TalkRandom network. GetNudes hosts no user photos or videos, operates no payment system for users, and provides no messaging of its own beyond the anonymous chat relay. Conversations you begin with people you find here happen on third-party platforms (such as Snapchat) under those platforms' own terms.
3. Listings and content
Listings shown on GetNudes are created and controlled by their owners through the SextFriend network, which handles posting, editing, removal and moderation. By posting a listing you confirm the information is about you, is accurate, and that you are 18 or older. Listing owners may remove their listing at any time through the network's tools. We may hide or remove any listing from GetNudes at our discretion, including for violations of our Community Guidelines.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the site if under 18; post information about any person other than yourself; harass, threaten or defraud other users; solicit money from other users in chat or through listings; use the site to distribute spam, malware or commercial content disguised as personal listings; scrape, harvest or bulk-collect listings or profile data; attempt to interfere with the operation of the site; or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Sexual content involving minors is prohibited absolutely, is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and law enforcement, and results in immediate and permanent removal.
5. Anonymous chat
The Talk feature relays text between you and another live user on the shared TalkRandom network. Conversations are not saved by GetNudes. You are responsible for what you send, the conduct rules in our Community Guidelines apply, and we may block access to the feature for abuse.
6. Third-party platforms and links
The site references and links to third-party platforms and services (including Snapchat, Kik, Telegram and reviewed services). We do not control them, are not responsible for them, and are not affiliated with them. In particular, GetNudes is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Snap Inc. in any way. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by its own terms and policies.
7. Editorial content and affiliate relationships
Guides and reviews on GetNudes are editorial content provided for general information. Some services we link to are operated by us or pay us referral commissions; where a ranked recommendation involves an affiliated product, we disclose it on the page. Editorial content is not professional, legal or safety advice, and you use it at your own judgment.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not verify the identity, age claims, intentions or conduct of any person listed in the directory or matched in chat beyond the moderation described here, and we make no guarantee about the accuracy of listings or the behavior of other users. You interact with other users at your own risk; the Safety Center describes the practices we recommend.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetNudes and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site, your interactions with other users, or third-party platforms, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the site, which is zero.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetNudes and its operator from claims arising out of your use of the site, your listing, your conduct toward other users, or your violation of these terms.
11. Intellectual property
The GetNudes name, logo, design and editorial content are owned by the site operator. You may not reproduce or exploit them without permission. Third-party trademarks referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
12. Changes and termination
We may update these terms, change or discontinue any part of the site, or restrict access at any time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision; continued use after changes means acceptance.
